When can I expect my order to arrive?
On each product page there is a delivery tab which will give you detailed information regarding the product you have purchased. The smaller pools are generally despatched on a next working day service. The larger pools must be delivered on a pallet service and this can take up to 3 working days depending where you are in the country. Please note that any date or period for delivery shall be considered as advisory only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible. Due to current international shipping delays, there may be a delay in us fulfilling your order. If your order was for a pre-order item and the expected delivery date changes, we will contact you to make you aware. Please be aware that due to the large volume of orders passing through our courier networks, there may be a delay in your order being delivered. We appreciate your understanding and patience at this time.
How quickly will my order be processed?
Please note any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, and orders received after 3:00pm on weekdays, will be processed the next working day. Please note for a few products the cut off time could be earlier than 3:00pm, please check the delivery tab of the product you are ordering. The number of delivery days quoted are working days i.e. Monday to Friday. If weekend delivery is available it will be offered to you at checkout for an additional charge depending on the product ordered and your postcode; please contact us for further information.
We do make every effort to meet the delivery time given but please be advised that deliveries are made through a contracted third party and therefore the actual delivery is beyond our control. Please ensure that all information provided by you is accurate and that you include a daytime contact number, mobile telephone number and email address so we can contact you in the event of a delivery query. Deliveries are generally on an all-day service, although for some of the smaller items you will receive a text message to advise you of a delivery window. Please note it is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of parcels received on the carrier's delivery note/electronic scanner. Some items can be ‘left safe’, please ensure you put instructions on your order at the time of making it as these cannot be added later. You should notify us of any shortages or damages within 48 hours.
What happens if you cannot fulfil my order?
All information relies on there being stock and we endeavour to keep the site (sunshinepools.co.uk) up to date with any stock issues. Should any product not be available at the time of your order, that has not been marked already on the site as out of stock, we will contact you immediately via e-mail. You will then have the option to wait for the product to come into stock, swap to an alternative (there may be an additional cost), or, of course, if neither of those options are agreeable we will give you a full refund.
What happens if my order is delayed in delivery?
Please note that Sunshine Pools cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, or any other third party. At no time will compensation be awarded should delivery take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances. Unless otherwise specified, all products must be signed for. The Customer must request any other delivery method at the time of the order, and goods will be shipped under Customer's responsibility as defined above.
How will I be notified of my delivery?
Upon receipt of your order you should receive an email to confirm receipt of your order. No changes can be made to the order once it has been placed and once the item has been picked it is not possible to cancel the order without incurring charges. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more details. You will receive confirmation of despatch by email around late afternoon on the day of despatch along with details of the carrier and tracking information if available.
Please be aware the carriers are dealing with huge volumes of orders and face the same COVID-19 challenges that we all face. If your order does not arrive on the allotted day, please be patient and wait 3 days before contacting us for further information.
