Returns Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase or if you change your mind (in accordance with the consumer contract 2014), you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 of receiving your goods.

Returning your goods

If you decide that you wish to return your goods, then please email us at: with your name, order number and the reason behind your return and we will send you via email our returns policy.

Please download a returns form and send it back with your returned goods.  Please note the responsibility and cost of returning the goods is yours, we recommend you use a tracked service for returning goods.

Please return all goods to Sunshine Pools, Ravenshill, Racecourse Road, Dormansland, Surrey RH7 6PP.

Cancelling before despatch

If you cancel your order before it has been picked then you may receive a full refund. If, however, the goods have already been picked by our warehouse, even if they have not yet been delivered, they will be treated as a return by the customer and charges may apply.


Any charges will be communicated. If your goods were originally despatched with a delivery surcharge due to a request for delivery outside of our normal delivery times, method or areas, the surcharge paid for this service will not be refunded.

Returning after assembly

Unfortunately, once you have assembled or part assembled the product, we are unable to receive it back or process a refund.

Care of goods

You must take reasonable care of the goods and then return the goods in their entirety to Sunshine Pools by registered post or similar, to arrive back with us within 14 days of your notice of cancellation. We recommend that you use a tracked service for returning goods. The risk of damage to the goods in transit will be yours as will the cost of returning the item. Items should be returned to us clean, unused and in their original packaging wherever possible.

All goods will be subjected to an inspection for signs of damage and usage. Any refunds will reflect the condition the item has returned in. 

Your refund

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item back or within 14 days of receipt of postage.
